definition the color palette

Hello,

I would like to define the color palette in permanent way. In other words, i would like to find the file which is used by visio so as to define the colors palette so that each time i open visio, i can find the color palette that i have defined.
Would you know how i can do this process ?

P.S: i have already done this kind of manipulation with a CAD software. Once i have modified my color palette, i saved the file associated to the color palette. It enables me to directly find again my color palette if my pc crashes or i have to use it on another computer.
