In my version (2010), the Page Up and Page Down keys do not work in the Layer Properties dialog. The Up/Down arrows keys move one line, the Home/End keys work, although the End key positions the last entry half off the bottom. Ctlr+Home doesn't go to the top entry, but it will correct the mis-positioned screen after End. Ctrl+End doesn't do anything as far as I can tell.

Has any of this been corrected in a later release?

Does anyone at M$FT do any QA anymore? I know they reduced the QA groups significantly since the start of the new CEO and quality was never a string point.

...similar behavior for V2007.  Takes a lot of layers to fill up the first window.

It takes exactly 13.5 layers on my system. The 13th is half visible in the window, so they can't even get the window size right.

For this application, I currently have 22 and counting.

Not sure what your point is.  ;)

No real point....it just took a lot of layer defs to get to where I could even think of scrolling.  But since you mention that you filled at 13.5, my system filled at 9.5.
