Right-Click Shape Menus

How can I add a "check mark" type right-click action to a shape.

For example, the common controls "CheckBox" control allows the user to make the control checked or unchecked using a right-click menu item with a check box on the menu item.

First, you might want to check out the following post on Visio Guy's website:  http://www.visguy.com/2008/06/18/microphone-shape/.  The Visio file contains a microphone shape which has right click selectable actions.  I believe this is the behavior you're seeking.

Fundamentally, the process involves:  a)  adding "actions" to the shapesheet, and b.) funneling those action responses into shape behavior.
