RKO radio tower

Inspired by the RKO transmitter seen at the start of the black and white movies of the day.
This is done in visio pro 2016 but it also runs on 2010 version.
The shading is just a transparent shape draped over the right hand edge of the structure and the clouds are a jpeg background, however, all other strokes on the image are encoded in the SDK.
