Remove all roles in organization chart

I work for a consulting firm and am looking into using Visio Pro 2016 as the new tool for documenting our internal organization. We currently use Powerpoint which is tedious and very manual. Visio seems to easily import the information from Exchange (though it does take a while to import 1500+ profiles) and does a decent job of organizing them.
What I would like to do is somehow exclude all of the consultants from the import, in effect only including managers and corporate staff. The target audience for the chart is really only corporate staff and managers so we decided to keep it simple.
Is there some way to easily filter the import or maybe, post-import, easily remove anyone with the title "Consultant", say?
