Inserting an Image into a Post

This is obviously not a VISIO question but I don't see a place to ask about how to insert an image.
I do see the "Insert Image" button above.
Clicking it gives ... .
What is to be entered for img [2 places]?

When posting an article, below the message area is "Attachments and other options".
Expand this and browse to your image.
