Visio 2010 Org Chart - Combine employees by position number

I would like to combine employees on the same position number, that report to the same manager i.e. one to many methodology, as per my example

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, I don't understand your response.

Another way of looking at what I require is, I would like to group everyone on the same position number in one box e.g. SQ0156 into one box and everyone on position SQ0133. It should look like the attached example.
