Visio's report - 2016

hey guys, i hope you could help me...
So, Im on a new project in my company using visio 2016, we work with telecom stuff. My team created sort of equipament's diagram and we need a report that shows all equipament's shape, I mean its name, technology and some other kind of data that we put on shape data window, also we need a report that shows the connections with these shapes with some filter about its technology or other label that we created.

I searched all the internet looking for kinds of reports and I didnt find anyhting that fits.

Do the standard reports not do what you want? They can be modified.
If you can post a simple sample document (with maybe 1 or 2 shapes) we can see what you want to do.
(Please post a .vsd document).
