Very odd. If I click on my own link (which has parameters) I get absolutely nothing. If I click on the link I created above I get abolutely nothing. If I copy and paste the link I get an MS Answers page with a "Results in Office" header and a waiting icon, then nothing more. It's been like this for over a week now.

Update:  the linked worked using Internet Explorer 11 on 64 Bit, Windows 7 Pro and from Kindle Fire HDX 8.9

Microsoft recently introduced some crazy authentication that goes in loops. That might be the case for you (for me it was). To verify if that is the problem, try to open your link in 'incognito' mode. If the link works in incognito, clear all cookies and everything that looks like cookies (ctrl+shit+delete in browser)

Looks like if I am logged in with any MS credential then I get the blank page. If I follow the link with a different browser that does not have any MS credential or if I use a private window in Firefox then I can see the page ok.
Who tests this stuff before release? Rhetorical question.
