Hi Visio Friends,
Long time no hear :)

Is it possible to list (in a text box or export to file) all shapes that are in a stencil?

I am building a new stencil database, and I want to use an old one, but i am not sure what components i have inside. And i have a lot...

So - any ideas?

Thanks in advanced,
Andrei

Not sure if it's quite what you want but my utilities can show the contents of any stencils, not just a simple list though. I'm sure someone will be along with some code for that real soon now.
However my utilities http://www.paulherber.co.uk/visio-utilities/ can output illustrations of the stencils, so you can see the shape as well as the shape name. There is a Stencil Report, Stencil Illustration and a Stencil Display.
Hope this helps.
