VBA change Org Chart picture

I use a Belt shape, and in code I can't find a reference to the Picture pathname from the object shpObj. I only see shpObj.text which doesn't even give me the individual's name, which is visible in the shape.
The file name is the individual's name (i.e. "John Smith" + ".png") so I need a reference to the individual's name but I can't find it anywhere in shpObj.
