Visio mix up the format, when I update from Excel

I have som external data from Excel. And they link fine to each shape I have linked them to. Data is shown, but in a wrong format. So I have changed the size, place and color.

When I change the excel file and update the data in visio, it change the size, the place and the color.

What to do?
