Set / change text font size in shapes

The standard font size of text in shapes is small. I would like to set it larger (as a standard). I know it is possible to change the font text size by shape or sheet. Anybody a clue how to do this?

Change the font size of your "standard" style - visio in developer mode, drawing explorer, styles.
Save your drawing as template and start your drawings from there.

Thank you Yacine. In the attachment you see the ribbon of the developer mode I have. Where can I find 'drawing explorer'?
