How do I animate a "win win systems diagram" like this product, but in Visio?

I need to create some systems diagrams that would ideally work on the Visio player.

Is there any way to get Visio to easily accomplish the same?

Interesting program, Loopy.  As far as animating with Visio, not a strong feature.  There have been some efforts on the forum, but that's been more of a "can I make Visio do it?"  Visio cannot easily do what Loopy does.  In my opinion, the effort makes it prohibitive.
