Unusual Start Up Error

Good Morning,

Apologies if this is in the wrong section.

I have today come across an issue with Microsoft Visio 2016. I can open Visio fine, however, any templates I have saved will not open properly (without having to press enter to start up). It's an error I and certainly nobody else I know has seen before so I don't even know where to start to Google the error as I normally would do.

The only work around I have seen to this is to press enter when the error occurs which then opens my template(s). I have a license key and nothing untoward has changed with my computer and nobody else seems to be affected. The templates I have been using for around a year now with no issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any Visio addons installed?

No add-ins installed whatsoever. I have recently downloaded Grammarly for Microsoft but that was a week or so before the issue started and it doesn't function with Visio to my knowledge.
