Creating an auto generated diagram for Enterprise Applications from Excel

Hi all,

I'm quite a beginer in Visio and strugle to find a way to represent in a pragmatic way a number of Enterprise Applications and the relations between them.
The task to do is to represent the ~30 applications and the relations between them, about 90 connections.

The file that describes these relations is an excel with the following 3 columns:
* Source System (eg. :  Navision)
* Target System (eg.: JetReports)
* Description of relation: Import of invoices

I have available Visio 2013 Professional. I guess that it should be possible to generate such a map but I have a hard time in how to approach this.

Any suggestion of tool, or approach would be more than welcomed.
