My font has been changed by resizing

Hi,
I've created a visio diagram and use text tool to set my labels as you can see here.(1001979.png)
but when I copy this diagram in visio program and paste into word document the font size and font shape change(1001980.png)
In addition In visio after I finished my design I group all of them and paste into word.

How can prevent from this states?
