Connectors disappear when exporting to .SVG

When I export my Visio Pro 2016 flowchart to a vector graphic (.svg), and it opens in Adobe Illustrator 2017, the connectors (but not the arrowheads) are gone. (Yesterday, I created multiple successful .svg files from a different Visio Pro 2016 organization chart; these connectors showed up without a problem.) Any help is greatly appreciated! (System specs in signature)
