Link Inserted and Linked Excel Workbook to Visio Text Boxes

Hello,

     I'm looking to link single cells to single text boxes in a template I'm setting up in visio.  To give a general overview, I have a lot of wires that need descriptive titles so I have all that information in a table in excel and I'd like to display that along with the tags.  How can I link to excel workbook cells to various text boxes?  See sample of what I'd like it to look like. Also, if you would'nt mind writing up instructions on how you came up with the links, I'd really appreciate it.

Also, you can use the Database Wizard.
