MS Visio WBS Modeler AddIn does not load the WBS Modeler ribbon.

I have searched Google and MS Technet for a solution to no avail.
None of the suggested solutions have worked.

Windows 7 Pro
MSP 2010 Pro
MS Visio 2010 Pro

WBS addin (x86): tried (64 bit) did not work...blog suggested to use (x86) which loaded but???

The WBS template does appear in Visio but the ribbon for WBS is not there.

There is no tab for WBS or an Import option to link to MSP 2010.

The COM Add-Ins dialog box is blank.



After some spaghetti on the wall found the install directory missing the adodb.dll file...

Xcopy ADODB directory from C:\Windows\assembly\GAC to C:\Program Files (x86)\Visio Add-In for WBS Modeler; ran the WBSModeler.VSTO installation after copying the adodb.dll file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Visio Add-In for WBS Modeler directory and setting it to open with WBSModeler.VSTO.


Now I get this error message when I run WBSModeler.VSTO.   Downloading file:///C:Program Files (x86)/Vison Add-Inn for WBS Modeler/Visio/WBSTemplate/WBS.vss did not succeed.

The obvious check the Internet connection done...Googled done...

Any suggestions?

I aslo have the same issue on this. Some incite would be great.

Would this be somthing to do with the version of .NET?
