Hey guys,
I've been using Visio for a bit now doing property design work.  I have a general template I start with, but often times depending on the size of the property I have to adjust the scale of the page, which ends up throwing all my other elements into disarray and requires me manually resizing them (text boxes especially come to mind).  For instance, I have a compass image that points north that I show the scale under and I always have to readjust the size.  Is there a formula or some other way I can maintain the size of the compass across different scales?  My callout textbox sizes have the same issue as well.

Thanks!

To maintain shape size, usevantiscale technique.  You must add to formulas to the shape sheet.  See these links.  The 1st was done wrt text sizing, but is not restricted to texts.
