I have been looking the title list of question on this column, and found there are very few answers.
Almost all question was not answered.
I have experienced for only a month Sharepoint online in Office365 with 540 yen a month.
I could not neither understand this sharepoint.
It was too difficult to me.
Is it really difficult?

Dear Junichi,

If you think of SharePont as of document storage (hard drive on steroids), there does not seem to be much to learn actually (think dropbox or google drive) :)
That is, from the beginning it was thought as office document storage, till 2007 it was even named like this - office sharepoint services.
For Visio, there a several benefits right out of the box - e.g. file history, file view (rendering).

Or you are thinking about more complex scenarios - linking between Visio diagrams and live data for example for building e.g. dashboards?

I think one major problem with Sharepoint is that its requirements tend to be beyond most normal users, it needs Windows Server 2008 or 2012.

Thank you!
I've thought that Sharepoint online may activate the "protect diagram" menu in files inVisio 2016 pro for Office 365.
If it is possible, I dreamed that I can make a Visio drawing that has protect something and can upload to Visio Guy.

Yes, you can do that.
But the protection is personal, I.e. users need to identify themselves first in your 'organisation' to be able to see/modify your diagram. E.g. you can say that e.g. Nikolay can only view the diagram, but Paul can view and edit.
That assumes that the users to whom you give permissions should be preliminatily registered.

Thank you so much.
I am starting to learn it again.
I've tried one month Plan1 of Sharepoint Online at 5 dolls per month.
But now I found a document that seems to show I cannot use Visio service in the Plan 1 at

Am I wrong?
