Visio 2013 move Data Graphic Shape?

I'm trying to build a Server Rack visualization of our environment. I've got the visio diagram made with both shape data and I also have it in an excel format.

I can create a data graphic to show the level of detail I want no problem, but I can't move the data graphic at all. I click the Yellow square and try and move it, the extent it will move is the limits of alignment.

Is it possible? I can do individual call-outs but I'd like the data to be able to dynamically update.
