Add behavior like dynamic connector to a shape

Hi,
I need to add the same behavior that exibit the dynamic connector to a ethernet shape.
the ethernet shape is enclosed in Networks and peripheral stencil. Normally when I drag one of its connection point a straight line is  drawn from this point to the ethernet shape with a 90 degreee angle. I need add a sort of autorouting to this line like a dynamic connector.
Anybody can suggest me how can do this? ( if it's possible?)

The dynamic connector has behind the scenes code that does the auto-routing.  It would take significant code development to get same behavior in other shapes.
