automatic org chart importing data from Sharepoint

Hi everybody,

I created a data list in SharePoint 2010 I can Import in visio 2010. What I'm trying to do with that is to create automatically all the links for this org chart. Every name have to be connected to his parent but where to specify which is the parent column...?
I know how to do that using an excel file but not using a SharePoint.
