Error 1532 while saving a visio file

After the anniversary update of Windows 10, when I try to save a Visio 2016 file, I get an error message:
Error 1532 occurred during the action Save. DOS sharing violation.
Any suggestions how to fix it?

It turned out that the culprit was Windows Defender.
Solution: enter the Visio file extension in the list of file types excluded from scanning.

Well, well, well... A bit late to the party, but...
My Visio 2007 has been working just fine through all the latest Windows updates until today!  120 days after the last post!
Exactly the same problem.
Fix worked just fine.
