automic draw flowchart in visio with using excel data

Dear Friends,

I am new in visio. I have process steps in excel as you see in the attached file. this tell which step is process or decision; step goes to another one it is also mentioned.

I also add visio flowchat which i draw manual and i add step explanation myself.

How can i draw flawchart in visio automatically when i link the excel file? Is it possible? I use excel file always same rows and coloumns same titles.

adding the connections between the shapes is easy. The tricky part will be the placement - specially horizontally.

i do not now how i can do with the shape connections,
i have a alot of procedures in same format in excel. when i link the excel procedure in visio in a blank file i want flowchart diagram draw by visio.
