Calculated Area field does not change

Im making floor layouts and making block diagrams. So i need to place space shape, colour code it and measure the width and height and area. I needed to display this information in the space shape.

I can achieve all but the Calculated Area. Inserted the field calculated area. But when changes the dimensions this figure ( calculated area)does not. The width and height change!

What am I doing worng.

Same thing happens to my Visio 2013.  Worked great up unitl about Aug 20.  Were there any Win10 updates about that time?
