This may yet be a drivers issue but I can't for the life of me get Visio to recognise my printer as a colour one, it insists it's only B&W and only offers greyscale printing.
Every other package on my PC sees and prints to it correctly, but I have still gone through latest drivers, previous ones, even "alternative" ones and yet it still insists colour printing is not available!
Anyone else had this or similar issues? The printer btw is a Ricoh MP C3503, and yes I have rebooted both Visio and the PC many times with each attempt at changing something.
