Ribbon tools not toggling on/off

Hi all, when I click on a ribbon icon like Pointer Tool, it used to toggle on or off, now it only stays on. No more toggling with just one click. We have three visio systems in my office, and two have changed over to this new way.

I just want to go back to how it was.

I am using Visio 2016 pro fro Office 365.
What Version are you using?

The latest update seems changed it.
Now, rectangle tool is not toggle button.
You are right!

The second press on the rectangle tool returned to pointer tool.
But now it will only stay on.
Now you need to press pointer tool button.
The reaction is more sensitive than before update.

Before update you need  the second press on rectangle tool or double press on Esc key.
But now after update, just a single press of Esc key returns to pointer tool.
It is more quick than before update.

Is there any announcement for this update?
No announce again?
