I have taken a leap from Visio 2007 to 2016 but am a bit losed:
-How to I float a Toolbar?
-How do I access and import my clipart, in the past it was simple Insert>Picture>Clipart>Microsoft Clipart Manager !
-Is there a help manual that can help me with this teething process?
Thanks

When Microsoft ended their service of ClipArt, Microsoft announced it clearly, I remember it.
The NPR reported it conversantly.

And here is a support document for ClipArt.

Dear JuneTheSecond,
Perhaps I did not express myself clearly enough, I am not referring to Microsoft's ClipArt, I am referring to the hundreds of ClipArt wmf images which I HAVE DESIGNED MYSELF over the past decade, I have no problem accessing them from Visio2007 [Insert>Picture>Clipart>Microsoft Clipart Manager>Collection list>My collection], but do not know how to access them from Visio2016!
How do I insert them into my workplace?

JuneTheSecond

As ClipArt is not supported in Visio 2016, I think that exactly the same functions as ClipArt cannot be wanted. If you accept it, some alternative way to insert image may be found in the Visio menues or so.

There ought to insert picture from file option.  But, you lose the organization that the clipart function provided.  That means you need to organize your pictures some other way.  I believe there are software solutions to do this.  It will help when you go searching for the desired picture.

Thanks Wapperdude,
I can live with the adaptation, not having ClipArt manager, however it would be difficult to make do without my FLOATING TOOLBAR, seems that Visio2016 you can not drag the toolbars into the workspace, they are fixed in the Ribbon area,...of is there a way to make them float that I missed?
