Shapes help

I'm using Visio 2010 for an org chart. When I change the text on 2 of the shapes it changes the text on the other sheets that I have for example on sheet 1 I have Bruce Wayne listed as CTO and change it to Barry Allen, on sheet 5 it will also change it. There are no Hyperlinks in the shapes, what else could it be?
