Graphic in background displays, but does not print

In the attached vsd document, I placed a graphic image on the background page. It's a scanned image of some preprinted award paper I bought.

I created 2 foreground pages linked to that background page. The graphic image displays in Visio, but does not print.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I used to do this all the time in Visio 2007. I am now using 2010 and wish I could go back. I don't like much about this version.

Hi Jennifer,
this case is unfortunately not related to the new Visio version. You some how managed to set the image as non printable.
Setting the option back solved problem.
