Print Shapesheet dialog not displaying

HI

I'm using Visio 2013 and have the developer Tab enabled.

However when I click on it nothing happens! the print dialog is not displayed, and there's no error message.....

I've run the event monitor, but that's not particularly meaningful!

Hi, netwiz !

Which version of visio ?  as i know Print ShapeSheet works only with English version.
I use visio 2010 Professional Russian, Print ShapeSheet don't work there

tried changing the language to English US: no help!

SOLVED, but I don't know how!
Downloaded 32-bit for 2013 and it worked. Not sure if I did 64 or 32 bit before. Not sure if this is just a better version. Sorry for no help.

I have same problem. Never worked. I use Visio English 2013.  Events when I click it:
