Ruler contrast

I have Visio 2013 Professional and I'm having trouble seeing the rulers along the top and sides.  There appears to be not enough contrast between the rulers and the active page.  Is there a way to change the page contrast to highlight the rulers?

You may try to change Visio's design colour.
