I've created an organization chart using the built-in wizard and customized it to look the way I want.

However I want to make it so that certain people have additional fields, and others have less fields.

  • Upper level management will only have their name and title
  • Team leaders will have their name, title, team name, and phone number
  • Team members will have their name, title and phone number

How do I do this in a way that the fields will persist across shapes being saving to stencils/being copy-pasted?

I've tried Right Click > Data > Define Shape Data > New, but I must be missing something, since the new property isn't visible.
