I have a milestone connected to a timeline. I would like the connector line to be hidden. I tried this with the basic line coloring but all that does is change the color of the connector line and the line of the diamond shape.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

If it's a simple straight line, with no end-point details, like an arrow, you should be able to simply click "No Line" in the Line drop-down menu.  Otherwise, there's this:

First off, make sure you've got Developer Mode enabled (in your Visio Options Customize Ribbon tab).  Then, you should be able to right-click on the line you want to hide.  With your line selected, go to the Developer tab and click on "Show Shapesheet" in the Shape Design section.  Assuming it's a single line, you should be able to "hide" the line by setting "Geometry.NoShow" to TRUE.
There are no problems, only opportunities
