Set FillBkgnd & FillForegnd using manual Actions in context menu

Hi, Is it possible to set custom Actions via the Shapesheet that allows the user to manually select actions from the shape's context menu and when selected the shapes FillBkgnd and FillForegnd update to preset colours?
