I don't know if this is the correct forum for this problem so please move it if it is not...

I am working on a Visio 2010 document (a wiring diagram) that uses VBA. It works fine on my computer but when I try to get my office neighbor to run it, also on Visio 2010, he gets the following system error:

QuoteSystem error &h80040111 (-2147221231). Classfactory cannot supply requested class.

Then this:

QuoteCompile error. Out of memory.

We have comparable PCs with the same amount of memory (16GB). I cannot seem to find out why this is happening. I tried to run Visio Repair but this did not fix it. Anyone have an idea to fix this? Thanks...

Are you both running Visio Professional?

Actually, I just found out that he has Microsoft Visio Professional and I have Microsoft Visio Premium. Both are version 2010. Then I found out that another coworker also has Premium like me but he gets the same errors that the one with Professional gets. I am trying to run a Repair on the Premium to see if that fixes the issue. Also, I found out that neither has the Microsoft Visio Compatability Pack installed but I do.

Are you trying to work with Visio 2013 format files (.vsdx, .vssx, .vstx)?

No. This is all stuff I have developed in 2010. We think there may be some updates which have not been applied to their computers that were installed on mine. We're giving that a try now...
