Org Chart Flow Bottom Up

Frequently I have been asked to put together an org chart - the difference being that it needs to flow from the bottom up - i.e. the executive is on the bottom of the page and the organization builds toward the top of the page.  Our corporation is involved in Lean manufacturing and this is consistent with the human developement flow from the manager out to the individual employees.  Not finding a really good solution to easily build an org chart in this format.  Anyone else had to do this?  Any ideas.
