Basic Shape Stencil - rounds corners 3 out of 4 times

I am new to Visio (using Visio 2013) and suddenly without warning the rectangle basic shape is rounding the corners.  Every forth rectangle does not have rounded corners.  The sequence is as follows: 1) upper left and lower right corners are rounded, 2) Both upper and lower right corners are rounded, 3) All but the lower left corner is rounded, 4) I get a rectangle without rounded corners and then the sequence starts over again.   I have looked at settings and cannot figure this out. HELP PLEASE

I am imaging.
You are using Visio 2013 or 2010 that have a function about design.
I think your mouse is moving over and over the some icons to select effects and colors.
