UPDATE:

Earlier today I took another look at installing CopyProperties and I got it to work.  Initial attemps did not allow the progam to install.  In order to fix this, you right click on the .exe file and go to "properties".  The permission level is changed within the OS to allow file to install properly.

Once installed, you can select ENG (English) or RU (Russian) languages while using the add-on.

Works great, and I was able to get my dimension block to AUTOSIZE with right click option.
