How do you switch the ordering of the labels in the organization chart?

Hi,

When I was creating organization charts today, I had issues reversing the labels for the name and title.

Visio kept displaying the following:
Name
Title

when I wanted the following format:
Title
Name

Can someone please advise on how you use the organization wizard to switch the ordering or any other methodology that can expedite the process? I ended up doing it manually, but I am sure there is a way to easily switch the labeling order.
