Smart Shape Data not displaying after save

I'm having some trouble with smart shapes not correctly displaying their associated information when opening a file or after a save/autosave.  Almost all the shape data displays as "0" until some sort of action is taken on the page (move/copy/etc), at which point the correct data shows up.  I've included a partial screen capture of the way the diagram displays immediately following a save/autosave.  The data is obviously there, not being "lost" because it does show correctly when it shows. Even the process of printing the page will cause the data to display correctly, so this is more of a nuisance than anything else, but it certainly doesn't look professional and it's bugging the hell out of me.  Any ideas?
