Process data in Visio 2013

Hi everyone!

I´ve created a lot of process chain diagrams in Visio, but never enriched the process steps with data before. That´s what I am looking for now.
If I draw a process, how can I add process data later on (e.g. process time, lead time) and percentages at intersections so I can run calculations and simulations?

Can you Point me to a tutorial or Video or so?

Visio does not support simulation, it's a diagramming tool.

There are third-party solutions though which are based on Visio and could allow you to simulate the processes you draw.
Check out Process Simulator for example:
