Fill color for data graphic text callouts

I have a data graphic with multiple text callouts.  Currently, I'm using the "Fill Type" option to add the background color.  However, there is no option to vary the color. I would like for each text callout to have a different color based on the label (location green,  email yellow, phone blue, etc.)  I've been playing around with the shapesheet but I can't figure out a way to do it. Any help would be much appreciated.
