Manual or shape?

Is the wire marked in the attached image was drew manually or is it some sort of banded Visio shape?

It's impossible to say without access to the shape. Can you attached a copy of the actual Visio file (you can delete all the other shapes if you want to).

Thanks Paul. I only have a jpg. However, I've managed to find out that it's a connector with the "L10" line dash which I still have to explore

one might be able to pull that off with the intelligent/flexible arrow shape offered in Visio.   One could make a shape with various
control handles that could do that.   If its freehand, the drawer had a steady hand (no wiggling) and probably built it
up into a group of "shapes" (lines or shapes grouped together).  since it has lines at the boundary, I dont think its a
simple line with a huge width setting
