screen tip show delay time

Hello Everybody.
I`m wondering if i can change the screen tip showing time. I want this to be shown immediately when the mouse is over the shape with the tip.
Is it possible ?

Visual experience. If someone uses the file when roll over a shape to know that there is such kind of functionality.
Also for me. Some time i use what i do in my job i need info for a lot of shapes.
