I recently upgraded to Visio 2010 and am having troubles adjusting. They seem to have moved things to random places.

My immediate problem has to do with cropping images pasted from Word and then trying to delete the cropped areas. I copy a table from Word to the clipboard, then use Paste Special to paste it into a Visio document. It doesn't seem to matter which Paste Special option I choose. I've tried several. I can select the crop tool to crop the image, but then cannot delete the cropped areas. When I click on the Format (Picture Tools) tab, the entire Adjust section is greyed out.

This exact same procedure works perfectly on graphic images from other sources, but not from other Office apps (Excel).
Using Visio 2019, part of Office 365 on Windows 10
