Drop Dowm menu that works with a linked data base - another appraoch

I have a drop down list of 30 items (sheet 333) When an item is selected (i.e. SF-02) SF-02 does apprear in sheet 333. See SS 4 PDF
I would now like sheet 422 to show this item # SF-01 - Sheet 422 has linked data see SS 5 PDF
Next I need 4 other sheets, 423, 424, 425 & 426 to each show a differant row from the linked data.
My goal here is that when a selection is made from the drop down of sheet 333 - sheet 422 will populate showing the same selection
and thus the other 4 sheets will disply the info from the linked data file rows that have been asigned to them.
Is there a shorter path to doing this?
